Doran (“we”, “us”) runs this website and decides how the information you send through it is used. For any privacy question or request, reply to any email we have sent you, or reach us through our Get started page.
What we collect
When you use the Get started form, we receive your name, company, job title, work email, region, how you heard about us, and your phone number if you give one. Like any website, each visit also sends standard request information to our host, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time.
This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, advertising or tracking pixels, and stores nothing in your browser to recognize you.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to you, arrange a call, prepare a proposal if you ask for one and keep a record of our correspondence. We use request information only to run and secure the website. We do not sell your information, share it for advertising, or use it to make automated decisions about you.
If you are in the EEA, UK or Switzerland, we rely on our legitimate interest in answering business inquiries and keeping the website secure, and on steps you ask us to take before a possible contract. The form’s required fields are needed for us to reply.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that host this website, deliver the form to us and hold our email, and only so they can provide those services. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or others’ safety, or in a merger or acquisition, where this policy would continue to apply.
Where it is processed
We are based in the United States, and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. If you contact us from the EEA, UK or Switzerland, we rely on recognized safeguards, such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses, where a provider offers them, and otherwise on the transfer being necessary to answer your request. Ask us for details at any time.
How long we keep it
Up to 24 months after our last contact with you, or longer if we work together and the engagement or the law requires it. Our form service deletes its copy within 30 days, and our host keeps request logs only briefly.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, for a copy, or to correct or delete it, or to stop using it. In the EEA, UK or Switzerland you can also object, ask us to restrict our use, ask for a portable copy and complain to your data protection authority. California residents have the rights to know, correct and delete, and we will not treat you differently for using them. We confirm each request comes from you and reply within 30 days.
Tracking and privacy signals
We do not track visitors over time or across websites, and we do not allow other companies to collect personal information about your online activities over time and across websites through this site. So there is nothing for a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal to switch off; we honor both by default.
Security, children and changes
The website is served only over HTTPS, and only the people who reply to you can see what you send. The site is for businesses and is not directed to children; we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. When we change this policy, we post the new version here and update its date, and we email you first if a change materially affects information you have already sent us.
